My favorite part of this work is developing strong relationships with my clients. I believe having a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship is necessary to meet a client’s goals.
I enjoy helping you recognize what tools you are not using in your toolbox. Let’s work on learning more about how those tools can be used to help you or how to use tools you didn’t know you had.
My core goal is to create a safe, collaborative and empowering environment that provides acceptance and compassion while taking strides toward one’s own desired change.
I love being able to offer the space where people are able to be vulnerable and share emotions. I have the opportunity to connect with people on a deeper level, which is very meaningful for me.
My favorite part of this work is seeing people’s joy as they learn to heal themselves. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients as we both work to better ourselves.

I’m specialized in working with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, excessive worry, overthinking, sadness, irritability, and frustration.
I value my clients’ experiences and personal reflections. My desire is to provide a safe and empowering atmosphere for clients to examine, challenge, and accept themselves.
The one thing I enjoy the most about being a therapist is building profound and genuine relationships with my clients where they can safely explore their emotions, and progress towards personal growth.
