Hi! I’m Justine Greig, MA.
She | Her | Hers
I have earned a Masters of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University in 2026. I currently have my LPC and am currently working towards my license in Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) under the supervision of Dr. Tina D. Shah, PsyD, LP.
Previously, I was a high school math teacher for 5 years. My time in the classroom gave me a firsthand understanding of the pressures, transitions, identity exploration, and mental health challenges that many adolescents and young adults face in today’s difficult world. It also showed me how meaningful it can be to have a supportive adult who listens, encourages, and believes in your potential. Those experiences continue to inform my approach as a counselor.
My favorite part of this work
My favorite part of this work is forming a genuine connection with individuals and witnessing their strength, resilience, and ability to grow and change. I love being able to support those who are open to learning more about themselves and, in turn, learning more about myself. I love being able to help others feel their emotions in their body and to “feel their feelings”. Therapy is a vulnerable process, and I feel privileged to work alongside those who are willing to engage in this work.

In particular, I specialize in working with:

On Personal Note
Outside of the counseling room, I am often in a patch of sun alongside my kitties with a good book or craft project close at hand. I am passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection and appreciate the ways our physical, emotional, and spiritual experiences interact to shape our overall well-being, especially if it involves yoga or mindfulness practices. As a bisexual woman, I value authenticity, self-discovery, and creating spaces where people feel accepted and empowered to embrace their identities.
Whenever possible, you'll find me soaking up sunshine and finding joy in the simple moments that help me feel grounded and connected!
