Childhood and adolescence are times of great emotional, physical, cognitive and social change.

Children and adolescents meet individually with a therapist, Therapy often focuses on helping children and adolescents engage in emotional identification, exporation, and regulation/expression, as well as help them gain coping skills, positive support, and connection. Children and adolescent therapy incorporate developmental approaches to help the child engage in therapy that best fits their age, stage, and needs. Please note that we can only see clients ages 12+ at this time.

These therapy services can be helpful for children experiencing depression, anxiety, worry, family disruption/stress, trauma, peer relationships, school difficulties, and isolation. Parenting support will be incorporated as needed.

Our Collaboration Process

Taking the first step in your healing journey can generate feelings of anxiety and uncertainty—especially if the child or adolescent have never been in a therapy session before. We invite you to review our process and discover what to expect before, throughout and at the end of our collaboration. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate in reaching out to our team.
