We'll figure it out together.
Let's make this part a little easier. We'll walk you through your insurance and payment options before your first appointment with clarity, honesty, and support, so there are fewer surprises and more space to focus on what really matters: your care.
-
Insurance has a way of making simple things feel complicated.
The good news? You don't have to untangle it by yourself. We're in network with many major insurance plans, including:
Aetna
America's PPO
Bind
Blue Cross and Blue Shield
Cigna
First Health
HealthEZ
HealthPartners
Hennepin Healthcare
Medica
Minnesota Health Care Programs (including MinnesotaCare PMAPs, Medicaid, and Medical Assistance)
Optum Behavioral Health
Surest
UCare
UMR
UnitedHealthcare
Before your first appointment, we'll verify your benefits and review them with you.
Want to double-check your coverage yourself? We're happy to send you a simple, no-jargon cheat sheet with the questions to ask your insurance company, so you can feel confident you're asking the right things.
Because each clinician is individually credentialed, not every provider is in network with every insurance plan. If we're not in network with your insurance, we'll help you understand your options, including out-of-network benefits or private pay.
One quick note: Insurance companies make the final decisions about coverage, so we can't guarantee what your plan will pay. If questions come up, we'll help you sort through them.
-
No insurance? That's okay.
Private pay is always an option, and we'll happily walk through our fees before you schedule your first appointment.
You'll also receive a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act, so you'll know the expected cost of care before services begin.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, are subject to a $125 late cancellation or missed appointment fee.
Giving us advance notice helps us offer that appointment to someone else who may be waiting for care. We really appreciate it.
-
No hidden fees. Ever.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. To make things easy, we securely keep a payment card on file through our HIPAA-compliant, PCI-compliant payment system.
We also cover all credit card processing fees because we believe paying for care should be straightforward. The amount you owe is the amount you pay.
