Stressful and traumatic experiences tend to impact your whole well-being: brain and body. Therapy will aim to validate and honor your experiences; reduce feelings of guilt and shame; and understand the impact of context, intergenerational patterns, and systems on your well-being. Therapy will focus on helping you manage stress, decrease anxiety, isolation, avoidance, and intrusive thinking, body dysregulation, and overall distress.

We will work collaboratively to help you move forward from negative experiences and help to empower you in meaning-making, as well as in reclaiming your life.
